Proxy Payments Ltd. has recruited key management in the areas of marketing and customer services. The new Customer Services Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the customer service staff and development of additional customer service functions to include an online "Frequently Asked Questions" section and a "live help" feature for assistance through an Internet chat system for Proxy Payments clients.
The new Marketing Manager will be responsible for analyzing industry trends and ensuring that Proxy Payment systems continue to live up to and, wherever possible, surpass industry standards.

Proxy Payments Ltd. has launched its website to serve the needs of its clients directly and those of its clients' clients. The Proxy Payments site will allow clients to securely login and retrieve all information about transaction data, settlements, chargebacks etc. Consumers will be able to use the site to find out more information about any transactions they have made with Proxy Payments clients.
Proxy Payments will continue to enhance its service offering to Internet-based merchants with value-added features such as recurring billing, Verified by Visa and MasterCard Securecode capabilities in the near future.
